Meet your host:

Vanessa Lane is a champion of newly single mamas transforming their lives after divorce and founder of Mom Solo Project. She created the figure “Mom Solo” to help her cope with the daunting challenges of her own divorce, reclaim her joy, and create a new, beautiful life for herself and her children. The Mom Solo Project program and community support women and their children through this tumultuous change and provide resources and sisterhood as they emerge stronger and more fulfilled. Vanessa's commitments to children’s welfare and women’s empowerment are well known in her personal and professional endeavors. She is sometimes called the “Glinda” of the divorce world because she guides mamas in rediscovering the strength and beauty that’s been inside them all along. When she’s not coaching mamas or leading retreats, she’s enjoys adventures of all sizes in San Francisco with her two precious children and one sweet Wheaten Terrier.
